It turns out not all motorcycle dealers are unhelpful dolts.
There are a select few who are professional, helpful and generally nice.
To name names:
Richardsons in Ripley - the most helpful dealer I have ever met, over a sustained time period
GD Brown - Piaggio dealer in Godalming
Chiswick Honda - where I just bought my Burgman

I collect it next Tuesday 10th
