As the wife doesnt like touring anymore (I go too fast, too far etc etc) thought Id get shot of the Burger 400. So, bit of negotiation and next week Im the proud owner of......... a Vespa GTS 300 Super Sport in orange.
Shes very happy, as we can do scooter stuff again and me too as the Maxi social/meet scene is non existant down here.

Hampshire Data, nothing happens at all.... tis all bike or little scoots!
Ive been thinking for a while about a change, as you know Im fed up with the clutch judder. Ive looked at it, dealers looked and we cant find whats wrong. Some days its fine but today it was dreadful, I could hardly get away from a start. Then, later it was fine! I still think Suzuki havent cracked the clutch issues on the Burgers.... that and me not touring swayed it.

Not my cup of tea but will be cheaper to service than the Burgman. You didnt consider Loony's Xevo then?barryG wrote:As the wife doesnt like touring anymore (I go too fast, too far etc etc) thought Id get shot of the Burger 400. Surely you should have got your money back if they couldn't fix the clutch problems? My brothers Burgman was the same and he perservered for 2 years with it. Personally, Id have argued until I got my money back, but then I'm a stubborn git.
