As in the link, are these legal, quite a few on ebay, it kinda imitates a police jacket with the word polite, and the blue checkered strip?

Intended for horse riders but they're ideal for those sad blokes who ride bikes with white fairings, wear a white helmet and love to tell you traffic gets out of their way because drivers think they are Police motorcyclists. You'll probably see one worn by someone on an old white Pan European, Deauville, or BMW R80 RT.
