As in the link, are these legal, quite a few on ebay, it kinda imitates a police jacket with the word polite, and the blue checkered strip?

Probably legal depending on how it's used but IMHO a complete waste of time.

Because he has done this before when he was also willing to ride without L plates........seems people think looking like the police gives them something they lack
