was actually underlining what I said about Vespas. That in my opinion they have reasonable weather protection.
All you said was they have zilch for the upper body. No mention of you actually having ridden one to find out.
A large majority of 2 wheelers have "zilch weather protection" for the upper or lower body, but they get by.
Like Earl says, I'm sure Vespa riders are clued up enough to wear the correct gear for the conditions.
