Ive done a video using picassa as online host you can download free keeps your photos in order and lets you add them as web albums so you can get links to photos set privacy to " anyone with a link" if you are posting photos .You may need to get a gmail email address to sign into web albums but thats free dont have to use it.There are other online photo hosts you can use like flicker or image shack they all work similar its just about getting photo url and adding it to your posts

same way as on x9 forum post, use http://imageshack.us/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; upload your picture, then when its done it will give you a code to copy and paste here and thats it.

I just realised you can right clic then select paste to add url to box which is same as ctrl V
