The Piaggio X10 has ABS and Traction control and I must say both work extremely well!

X10 sounds and looks great.
Does traction control prevent wheel spin? - I don't think I'm getting anything like enough power to need that, except on ice maybe.
Starting to look inside - all very compact. Fuel injected.

The movable seat hump is a decently made thing too. Unfortunately it was already set as far back as it will go so will try without it for a while.

On some scoots (Burger 650 for sure) people have used car headrests as replacements for the seat hump. The result is that support is higher up, intended to align with lower back rather than bottom, it also provides the extra legroom you need & uses the existing holes.
I did this on my now defunct B650, using a BMW 5 Series leather headrest I picked up for a tenner at a scrapyard. Took an age to experiment and find a suitable one that matched the necessary width and had decent padding.
The Yanks on BUSA all use an Isuzu truck headrest - http://burgmanusa.com/forums/viewtopic. ... at#p555449
Perhaps something you can experiment with, if you're so inclined.

Not sure if the original poster is still around bearing in mind this thread was started in Jan, but just incase....
Any ideas on how you change the odomoter to miles rather than the default km ?
As somebody commented earlier Sym UK are as much use as a chocolate teapot
