BMW
I seem to be one of the few people in the country with a BMW C60GT and I can see why because of the price. Having said that it is a brilliant machine lots of HP and roadholding to match. I do believe it woke up Suzuki and they are playing catch up.
Re: BMW
It's a lovely scoot, way out of my price range though. Where are the pics?
I think Suzuki shot themselves in the foot a bit with the new Burgman, it's smaller with less storage, the same engine but nerfed for emmisions and more expensive than the old model with the same crappy service intervals....

Re: BMW
Welcome from the other BMW owner on the forum. I have the sport and the carrying capacity is wonderful with the ability to use the flex case when parked. When I first got mine, a friend took a 650GT out on a test ride with me into the styx and both seemed to handle equally well. I've just done over 2000 miles in the last week and a half and thought it a better machine than my TMAX. Only complaint is that it is a bit heavy to move around when stopped. All of the bikers were impressed with it. A guy on a K1200 BMW said to me, "You just pull away from me coming out of the corners, I just can't keep up." Another on a 1200 GS, "You're like a bad smell, I just can't shake you, you're always on my tail..." Say no more, job done.

Welcome
What do you think of the moveable vents under the screen, do you use them?

Re: BMW
Under the screen there should be two strakes that move, they might be laid flat against the instrument binnacle; they are disguised against the bodywork and don't standout.
Move them outwards and airflow is directed around/over the screen for weather protection. Swing them inwards and they will allow cooling air in and reduce any turbulence or back pressure or position them anywhere inbetween
A lot of owners don't seem to realise they are there
