piaggio X10

Post by phantom309 »

test rode the new piaggio X10,350cc today . wow what a machine..unlike any scooter iv'e ridden before.no lag when you open the throttle it just pulls straight off an goe's like stink. guage was saying i was getting mpg in the 80's.an so comfortable on the hr i had it.no buffeting from the screen ether it was the best screen (noise wise) that i've EVER used on all the bikes scooters iv'e owned.very nice an very tempted indeed.. :D

Wait for the Satelis 400 before making a decision....

BTW, Italian gauges are renowned for their optimism. Which reminds me: the Piaggio Master engine was quoted as putting out 39hp in the Italian scoots it was fitted to but when it was installed in the Satelis 500 the French manufacturer claimed only 37hp. Yet it was the same engine, same exhaust, everything.
