+1 me too
So both of you haven't really considered that driving over a mob of angry yobs (let's just forget they also happen to be bikers) is likely to put your wife and child even more at risk perhaps?

By sounding his horn & driving into the back of a bike he started the problem, & by driving off he made it clear that he didn't want to take responsibility for his actions.

By attempting to kill bikers by riding over them he set out what his agenda was & put his wife & child into the situation.

I'd not have attacked him, but I'd have harmed his wife for lacking the appropriate control over her beast of burden. Pets must be kept under control at all times.

I have seen several video's taken in America where there are so many bikers on this unorganised rides that just crowd around cars and lorries on the road riding too close with most not paying full attention to their surrounding and pulling wheelies, etc.

The guy who's bike got hit was too busy looking at the camera and slowed down feet away from the car which was travelling at a steady pace.

The car pulling over was then surrounded by bikers and I would imagine that is very threatening to experience and we can't see whats going on back there.

It would have been best for the driver to just call the police on the stop having pulled over. However if he was fearing for his family then I dunno I did think it warrents deliberately running over bikers but if he panicked under such duress I think thats excusable considering the circumstances... but who are we to judge this from such unclear footage?

Was he right to do what he did? No...

Is it excusable? Maybe...

Would I do it? I might in the same situation... I don't know unless I am there.

Running red lights, riding on pavements....not the kind of people I would want to hang around with.

I would never condone anyone attacking someone in front of his wife and child, but if we are talking about instincts, if youve ever had a range rover pull in front of you and nearly wipe you out, never mind purposely run over one of your best mates and possibly kill him, then my instinct would send common sense and reason right off the menu, and I would see the red mist.
Im not a gynecologist, but I dont mind taking a look.

The problem is the bikers gathering in numbers.
I just don't get why people wish to congregate in such numbers, get in each others way and piss off other road users.
Its like the little boy who hits a wasp nest with a stick then complains about getting stung.

Well you said it Yobs. As a biker myself I would never intimidate a fellow road user(which they were clearly doing) and on every single ride out I have been on, we have always been curtious to anyone else on the road.

The guy in the range rover was obviously intimidated by such a large group of bikers who made it impossible for him to pull over.

This would never happen on one of our ride outs because we would never treat other road users in this way, however if a driver of a vehicle were to injure one of us deliberatley I don't know how I would react.

If you were in a car and a large number of bikers were driving erraticly and braking sharply in front and around your vehicle while you were with your wife and children can you honestly say you wouldn't be afraid of what could happen.

That's my opinion and rant over.
