Midlands based helix owner here. Previously ran auto vespas and piaggio mp3. Just bought a helix . 12 months mot. Seems to run okay . Hoping it will be reliable, but loving riding it. Very comfortable and so ugly it's beautiful.

Nice looking Helix's in the picture. They might not look nice from the front but take a lot of beating for comfort from any scoot or bike. Once again nice Helix's.

Right... I've had an idea for 2015. It will be the 20th anniversary of Ed Otto's record breaking Helix adventure in the US Iron Butt rally. He did 9361 miles in 11 days and finished 22nd out of the 37 bikes to complete the event. You can see where this is going, can't you LOL. The equivalent IBR award here is for 1000 miles in 24 hours...
