Not so far from me, welcome.
I'm still looking to buy and trying to narrow down the field, what tipped you towards the Piaggio.

I've had
capri 90 (loved it!!!!!)
Lambretta li 125
Lambretta 150
enfield 350g
yamaha 125
burgman 400
burgman 650
silverwing 600
honda vfr 850

so a bit of experience. Ideally i would have liked a burgman 650 exec, the best machine i've ever had or ridden but not willing to spend nearly 9k. I think the x10 is next best. traction control + ABS, USB & 12V SOCKET
I got a great deal from Motech brand new unregistered for 5K on the road which includes heated grips and ACF undersealing
