Attended the KFRS 'Biker Down' course/workshop at Ashford Fire Station Yesterday... 19:00 - 22:00
Contacted 'em after seeing and chatting to them on their Fire Bike stand at Brands back in the summer... and went on the waiting list
An Enthusiastic Jim Sanderson runs the KFRS Bikerdown Course out of Ashford Fire Station.
He went through the basics of Accident Scene Management etc....
Then some others including a Medic/Marshall who attends major Motorcycling and Motorsport events, covers basic first aid - including a safe approch to helmet removal...
Finaly, Kevin Williams (Survival Skills) covers the topic of Conspicuity - Motion Camoflauge, Looming etc...
