Hi all just wondering if this ride is still on as it seems to have stalled, it,s next weekend and i for one don,t know where we are meeting and what time.

I have made this map which heads down the A26 and with the 2 meeting points en route what do you all think.

Just looking at a route... this one is 3 hours for me... do able (only half an hour extra to the straight forward trip)

I would leave at 8:30 - 08:45 to meet up with Doug then be at Locksbottom around 9:30.

Doug and I would meet at B.
Then on to C, Locksbottom if anyone wants to meet there.
Then D to pick up Richie.
Then E to pick up... someone
Then on to Hastings

Or we could just go the straight route A21 etc, I am easy either way

I may attend , don't like A roads though at the best of times , will cut through back lanes . I would agree with mottza that a meet at Rye sometime is a good idea .

Change of plan for me, fullcirclemax, and i will meet up with Ollie at Tunbridge wells then head down to point c if that's ok

There should be signposts plus we all have google maps so we,ll be fine

Peter, I'm afraid I am going to have to pull out of this one, much as I was looking forward to it. I have a major assessment on Wed and need to do a heavy weekend of swatting. Sorry. Perhaps you don't have to leave as early now...

Apologies guys I attempted to update my computer and made a complete hash of it and as a result have been offline for the last few days, a mate has just sorted it for me. The missus recently informed me we have an opportunity to meet up with a large portion of the family Bank Holiday Monday; doesn't happen very often and it will be good to see them but I know what I would rather be doing .

So sorry for the short notice and to those of you that drew up maps to accomodate me but I will not be attending on this occasion.
