Real variety day

Post by Gerard C »

Friday went to Garage on L4 Burgman 650, picked up my Burgman 125 K7 and rode it back to work - somewhat steadily than usual as it had just had a new rear tyre. I had to do a supplier visit so went on the Sons K9 Burgman 400. Got back to work and went back to collect my bike on the pillion of Son.
Came home on the 650 through standing traffic that would have had me stuck for about an hour in the car instead of the 10 minutes I actually took.
Not a wildly exciting story but what a great day - just saying.

That makes 2 of us then michael . I went to hospital yesterday on the srv as it would be a pain to go by car and even worse to park .It was all good until i came out to leave and found i had a puncture . It had enough air to get to the garage to re inflate which allowed me to get to the bike shop . Upon inspection it had a slit in the tyre about 20mm long and in the middle 10mm it was down to the carcass and leaking . So another new tyre due to cuts today .The bike shop even gave me a lift home .

Yeah...Ferret, unlucky! But the dealer sounds ok, good service. But you are not the only one who has trouble with wind!! Had the same thing just a short time ago and yes...it too was when leaving a hospital after being diagnosed as 'insane'! I told em...nothing wrong with me. Managed to get away. Anyhoo, got to go now and throw bricks at my neighbour! :o
