Another Silverwing

Post by renners »

Hi Everyone, been a few years since i was last here and had my old 2002 silverwing which i sold and replaced it with a Dullville. Anyway moving on a few years and decided to get another Silverwing this time a 2009 model with abs, i have also got a virago 1100.
The wing has stock screen which isn't the best so looking at the Givi one, which would members say is the best the give screen that allows you to adjust the top bit or just a full screen.
Looking forward to a few rideouts again with you all.

For me, definitely the Givi Airflow - miles better than the stock screen.

Ordered the Givi 214 screen but not the airflow one, there is a fixed one thats slightly bigger so opted for that plus got it for only £73 with fitting kit and delivery also £30 cheaper than i've seen advertised elsewhere.

I had the higher fixed screen. I had to cut it down as it was too high to see over. Now got the Airflow,it is worth the extra it costs, well it is to me. :)

Airflow adjustable - I've found it best.
