Hello. Glad to see you here.

I was a long time Peugeot customer, buying new two Elystars and two Satelis. I had a 2nd hand Satelis too. But when I came to looking for my latest scooter, I had to buy elsewhere.

So what I am saying is that I will happily make my next scooter a Pug, but it MUST have ABS, be over 250cc and have two wheels, not three. So. When is the Satelis mk2 400cc with ABS and ABUS coming? I will be looking to buy early next year so I am giving you fair warning!!!

P.s. The Satelis 300 isn't kidding anyone. It's obviously a mk1 with new body panels rather than a proper mk2. And that engine is way past it, when you consider what Honda, Sym and Kymasaki are doing with 300cc.

I wanted to be a Peugeot owner a couple of years ago but the Citystar 200 never made it here.
Really liked the cream one, stainless exhaust, lovely!
Give it ABS plus an mph speedo and get it on the boat.

Actually, that would suit me nearly as well as a Satelis 400 and hopefully at a more competitive price than the Satelis is coming out at. So, there you are: you'd have two sales!

Thank you for you messages.

We are working to extend the number of Peugeot dealers stocking the bigger capacity models, this is an on going project but an important one.

The introduction of the Metropolis was our starting point in rebuilding our Maxi scooter dealer network. It was clear right from the start (and as the forum bears out) that potential customers need to be able to test ride a demonstrator to judge a scooter's suitability so, every Metropolis dealer is expected to run a demo at all times. As we roll out the range of bigger scooters, we will keep this point in mind. That said, it would be impractical for each dealer to have a full range of demo's, so careful selection will be necessary.

As per the Metropolis, every maxi scooter we bring to the UK will be supported by the full range of "practical" accessories - sorry no leather handbags planned, unless of course that's what you want!

Concentrate on the mph speedo and ABS rather than the leisurewear.
Not sure that the three wheeler will be a winner at the price you're asking, but I'm a tightwad.

Well this sounds really postive. No doubt you've followed that SymUK gets a bit of flak now and again, but I hope you'll stick with us: there's a lot of experienced maxi riders on here (150k miles myself) and sometimes we even talk sense.

you dont need a demo scoot in every dealer on the big 2 wheel scoot, as long as there are demo scoots floating between local dealers in a certain area would be more of a practical solution... also same as gn2 stated and ALL the colour options should be available to buy and try doing what they are doing with the french cars that you can choose colour styles to order... as only in france not that many miles away, not like waiting for a cargo ship to arrive from far away, giving customers colour choice mix... then order from factory will be in the dealer for the customer within 2 weeks from initial order... you have to look at what can give you the edge over the other manufacturers... your edge is that you are based strategically in europe already.. so there is no reason NOT to be able to do a better job in the marketing and colour option department which would be a great advantage that no other manufacturer can do realistic turn around times on...

well this is my thought.. look at the french car manufacturers and car colour options you can have as standard... it gives the customer more of a choice and a personal experience that will give you an edge on sales... :D as times are changing and like car manufacturers, are all integrating there machinery components to make their particular model i am not sure how much machinery you have engaged with italy manufacturers but maybe it would be time to change if you were considering introducing a new maxi scoot :D
I cant seem to remember.. I don't know where I'm going, but I'm on my way.

It may be only a few miles away, but French custom and practice combined with a fearsome bureaucracy might take longer.
