Further to Pikey's suggestion, when it asks if you have a full licence the answer is yes.

Gn2 is right, you have a full licence for the class of vehicle you want to ride.

I always find it funny that the sites ask if you have provisional car entitlement. Well duh, anyone, even a learner has provisional car entitlement.
