Had a lovely ride out in glorious sunshine along the coast through Newquay and Mawgan Porth to Padstow. Then back via a quick blast on the Atlantic Highway and the A30, just to clear the pipes on the scoot you understand.... T-Max, thou art great! Living in Cornwall, likewise.

sourced correct electrical plug for cooling fan, fitted and tinned blade connectors, sorted £27 worth of stainless fixings and just waiting for Fowlers to supply the service parts which are on back order

burgy developed a squeak so I greased front wheel bearings and then added antifreeze to the cooling system. As I could only add distilled water for the trip at the week end.

I left mine at home today.

The weather's just so nice the Saab's roof had to come down and I took the long scenic way, alternately wafting along or blasting out of slow corners as I felt the mood take me. I am working at a different office than normal so there is somewhere to park a car.

It costs more in fuel, I have to pay to park and there is a bit of a walk to the office. But today - it was the right choice.

So on the way in this is me - 8-)
By the time I get home, I'll look more like this - Not "oops", but sunburnt!

Went for a nice gentle ride into Chelmsford this afternoon on the Silverwing. Had a coffee in the sunshine outside Costas and a wander around the town.
Then took the long way home on the backroads via Maldon (which is not really on the way home at all but it was a nice day). Had some chips down by the river looking at the old Thames Barges and then another gentle ride home.
Very nice it was too... :D :D
