Spent yesterday removing and stripping wheels on the burger, cleaning and painting them, rears back in front still in primer. Bloody rear tyre has more splits than a Wrens only bar  there's another £100 gone
Just bikes for me, oh and the odd car

Wondered why I have some wrap that now got massive bubbles in it... must be the sun... but its supposed to be bubble free stuff and the wrap (different color) around it is fine...

Fitted a new left heated grip and a new control unit. Now have fully working heated grips. Just in time for summer

Took the GPZ Scoot to Protyre in Fareham to get a new Front Tyre.

Old one was barely legal.

Put a Michelin Pilot Street Radial on.. Never heard of them before but they have good reviews. £63 incl fitting, balancing and disposal. :D

Rear tyre looks almost new. It is a ContiGo.....

Started Ferlinghetti the GPZ Scoot.

Started at the rear. Already found wrong indicator lens on rear right and no rubber gasket. Front indicator stem taped with insulation tape. Various wiring re-routes required. Bracket missing to stop fuse box wandering ( now sorted ). That's just tonight.

Wife said she has never seen me happier!

Bike rides superbly and sounds great with bashed and battered Nexxus Exhaust. Reminiscent of my Hesketh 1000 V-Twin. :D

Must try Salt Beef.

Seen it in the sandwich shops and delis but always had Roast Beef on the basis of sticking to what I know I like and now wanting to be disappointed. :D

After I fitted new plugs yesterday, delivery man paid an other visit this morning. New Sprint air filter and new mirror is fitted now. :)

I did my 20 miles "pick up misses-go home round". Bike feels less restricted with the new filter and may be (possible it is just me..) the exhaust noise is a bit deeper. Also I am not sure I can feel the umph around 5,5k rev what I used to. Have to give a better go on some motorway. Possible mixture is to thin now?!
Are we there yet?
