POlished the scrren with Xerapol as it was badly scrathced when I bought it. It is still badly scratched! I think they are jsut too deep and bad for a polish so I'll be looking for a replacement. Anyone got a spare for a 2007 Burger 650?
Its not the trousers but the rascal inside them that counts.

Delivered it to Ye Honda Shoppe for investigation of horrible noises from final drive.
Turns out its knackered bearing syndrome, happily its still under warranty.

Couple of weeks back it was a set of HiFlo Air Filters - HiFlo HFA4404 / HFA4405 / HFA4406...
Last night i replaced the brake pads with a EBC SFAC 196 on the front and EBC SFA 607 at the rear...
Oil and filter (HiFlo HF132 / 972) change in a day or so...
Along with a general look and wipe over will conclude the scoots 18,000 mile (In 2 years of ownership) service...

Re: What have you done to your Scooter today?
changed the oil as now done 300 miles, and added the zx1 checked the brake fluid in the two reservoirs added a little coolant from min to max added zx1 (10ml) to gearoil, as the manual states to change the gear oil every 5000 miles, so that will be a while for me
thought i might as well seen as doing 200 miles this weekend on the ride out

Oil and Filter Change, plus Gearbox / Transmission Oil change. [Oil Change Indicator Reset: Press for 15-20 Secs]
Service schedule states 6000 miles for the Gear TX oil...
It had been 6000 since last change, previously I have changed it every 3000 when doing the engine oil.
Oil did look and feel a little 'thin' after draining this time - had used the same Halfords 10W40 Motorcycle Gear Oil as on previous occasions.
Would recommend changing the Gearbox / Transmission Oil every 3000 miles.
This time I used the Halfords 5W40 Motorcycle Fully Synth Engine oil, and will drain/change at 3000 miles and see how the engine oil looks and feels.
That just about covers the 18,000 mile service...
Note: Still on it's original belt.

X9 was sold on Sunday and gave the Forza a good wash... Put some Honda badges on the Forza this morning.

Treated it to a new back tyre, the gloop wasn't coping with the third nail. A nice man in a van came and fitted a Hoop for only £47!
I wake up every morning with a smile upon my face,
My natural exuberance spills out all over the place!
