Just joined the forum after picking up my 2013 Silver wing.The weather is still ok here so I hope to get out and do a few miles.I bought the bike without a test ride,I have never done that before so I hope it's to my liking.

great all rounder, sadly never owned one.. too heavy for me now, prefer light and nippy

Welcome, really hope the Silverwing works well, I went down the Burgman route a few years ago, but now I'm a Honda owners group member (I have a Deauville), maybe I should try one.
I've looked at the range of you tube videos and they seem well made and straight forward to maintain, I did manage to get the back wheel out of one without removing the exhaust, to fix a puncture.

Hi there,

It seems we have have the same addiction for the Silver Wing.
Like you I live on the Fylde coast and have just graduated from a Chinese 250 Maxi to a 2012 Silver Wing.
It arrives this 4th Dec 2015.

Iv'e just joined the Silver Wing brigade with my 12 Plate due to be delivered today.
Where about on the Fylde Coast are you?
