Hi Ken , yes there is something else happening if i remember right, my new honda pcx 150 came from greece and when dvla registering it still got a random dvla VCA test centre £100 !!! so what is happening in europe , manufacturers have to give it the test there end and then scooters and bikes can move freely in the eu without this happening, like they have to do with HGV`s which are type approved , think this is the one http://www.dft.gov.uk/vca/vehicletype/e ... stions.asp so no more additional fee`s when registering scooter
also here http://www.dft.gov.uk/vca/vehicletype/t ... for-mo.asp and here http://www.dft.gov.uk/vca/vehicletype/r ... cycles.asp
I cant seem to remember.. I don't know where I'm going, but I'm on my way.
