This trip going same route as we did to Dover last time is just 1000 mile without any riding so that on top as well i think the stop on way back is a wise move, just incase there are long delays

I booked my travel arrangements a few weeks ago. I'm going on the Thursday 16th,, via the tunnel and stopping 3 nights on the way down. I didn't fancy the long ride back home in 1 day, either so I jibbed out and booked a ferry from Dieppe to save a few miles.

I'm going for Michelin regional maps # 513 & # 511 which I think should cover it, those & the rest of the regions can be got from .... http://travel.michelin.co.uk/france-140-c.asp
Various scales of whole country can be found ... http://travel.michelin.co.uk/france-133-c.asp
Have wheels, will travel :D
