It's never too cold! The road conditions have been really good where I am because it's been so clear and dry.
Except for large amounts of snow, there isn't any weather to keep me off of two wheels (lucky for me most of my commute is gritted in the crap weather).
On a side note, the Integra has coped brilliantly with freezing cold starts, I'm sure this has been helped hy changing the head and sidelights to led.

+1 on the Givi Airflow screen - but I prefer comfort always so only ride for pleasure in warmer weather - hoping to reach 79....
