I bought one and was very impressed with it BUT even at its lowest position I could not see over it, which was big issue in the rain.

I got a perspex manufacturer near me to cut the fixed part down and that did the trick !

In the summer I could take the bit that raises up off and have plenty of cool air in my face BUT equally in the winter with the rising bit fitted, I could tailor it just how I wanted.

If there was a drawback, I would say that it vibrated a bit but other than that a good buy !

That's interesting. I was wondering if it would have enough ajustment for me to be able to choose between looking through or over.
I'm 5ft 9" ish btw.

If u still after a givi airfow theres one on ebay new still at a tenner with two days 2 go and just 2 bids

Had a look on ebay but I can't see it.

So I made my mind up to keep the Givi tall screen and look through it, it's hust so quiet and relaxing, and I can leave my visor up at all speeds.. But, yesterday we had a light rain shower. The rain drops were no problem, but the film of road grime that quickly built up after the rain stopped was. I had to crane my neck upwards to see over, very uncomfortable after a while.

So, I think I'm going to go with an airflow. I have a few more questions, indulge me please.

If you were me, would you just buy the complete item and save the Givi Tall incase I don't like the airflow?

Would you just buy the spoiler part and cut the givi Tall down to suit?

If I cut the Givi tall down to mount the airflow spoiler, how much would you cut off? (It's currently about 2" above mt line of sight.

Should I be able to ajust the Airflow so that I can look through or over?

If I sit on a cusion so that I'm just looking over my Givi tall, it's really quite noisy, won't setting an Airflow to the same level give the same result?

sit on a cushion for a while , until you are 100 per cent sure its what you want, after all you can take the cushion out at any time or add it

If sitting on a cusion looking over mine is the same as it would be looking over an Airflow then it's too noisy.

I was hoping the Airflow ayatem would push the wind over my head even when it's below eye level.

i also use an OGK FF3 Aeroblade as its light fiberglass and Kevlar construction and has a wide viewing angle as turning my head i can c more rear without straining my muscles, and its got mega ventilation being a racing helmet for summer works well in wind deflection but is not as quieter than my shox, but the shox is fitted with an anti fog for the co;der days, so grb a mates helmet and see, my OGK BELOW has now got a go pro (only the newer £99 version but its great)
