Changed the oil and filter in the Silverwing today. I meant to change the final drive oil too but forgot all about it until I had taken the bike off the bench and put everything away... bugger! I'll do it next week - possibly...

Been doing bits on my FJR over the last few weeks - spark plugs, fixed a fuel fume problem, fitted some high intensity LED driving lamps etc and today I'm going to change the oil and filter and rear drive oil as in EXACTLY 4 weeks right this minute we will be setting off on our annual European trip. This year four of us are going to France, Switzerland and Italy, doing a fair few mountain roads before meeting up with the wives in the Cannero Riviera on Lake Maggiore. Staying there for 3 days before coming home. Started to get exited like a kid waiting for Christmas. Well, I'm only 58! icon_power-ranger.gif icon_power-ranger.gif

Just fitted a RAM-B-309-1U about 5 mins ago to my left side handle bars, next to run a waterproof USB from the glove box up behind handlebar cover to behind RAM fitting.
