Reset the oil indicator on "Mr T". I'd forgotten to do it when I changed the oil (225 miles ago) saw it flashing but kept forgetting to do it. :? After my ride I saw what I thought was corrosion on the rear wheel but it was road salt. ;)
Will give it a wash tomorrow..

Took my scoot out for the first time since well before Christmas. Roads where dry but still loads of salt and grit on them . Had my silk glove inners under my bike gloves but still freezing .
Give scoot a good wipe down when I got home . Still nice to get back in the saddle.Roll on the summer.

Enjoyed the thick fog and 2'c temps on the ride to work. Lucky I left early as traffic was having all sorts of snags not being able to see more than 50 feet

A quick ride to Tesco was far enough for me (about 3 miles!) :D
I wouldn't mind but I then had to ride my CBF as well! Nearly got frostbite..
I hadn't ridden either for almost a week and that's the longest I'll leave them without riding. 8-)

Had the first front wheel slide of the year on the way home last night while trying to avoid 4 idiots trying to kill me at the same time. A woman pushed her pram from between two parked vans while looking at her phone combined with a car door opening into the road and two cars pulling out while ignoring that mirrors, signal, mirror, manoeuvre bit. All in about 10 car lengths, so the front end sliding on the manhole cover was just the icing on the cake.

Be interested in how you get on. Is the width similar to the original?
