Are Brisk plugs any good?

I researched them before my Eurotrip and the views seems to be a bit random so I went with an Iridium in the end (Which was perfect).

I highly recommend Brisk LGS plugs, I have tried a few brands and types in TMax MK3's and have found that Brisk last longer, stay cleaner and provide a better bang for your £.

A combo of Brisk, Sprint Air filter, slightly uprated fuel pump and Dr Pulley's increased my 0-60 by about 1.5 seconds.

I found Dr. Pulleys added acceleration too, even heavier ones (for more relaxed cruising on my SYMs).

I'll have a look at the LGS next time I buy a plug, but the Iridium works so well I may stick with the more boring NGK ;).

I did buy a fancy big washable filter for the SYM300, mainly because the SYM ones were so restricted and prone to get filthy. I didn't notice any better power with it and only when I inspect it will I know how well it's working - but it did make me far more relaxed about checking it - the surface was at lest double that of the stock one.

The sprint air filter just needs blowing out with an air line or bash it a few times on a bench and chuck it back in. It will last the life of the bike.

Surprised the Burg yesterday but giving it an essential areas wash. Cleared the crud from the radiator as riding around the local B and unclassified roads plus the odd dirt/ gravel/mud track had blocked enough of the air flow to cause the fan to come on in heavy traffic ( air temp was 8'c ). Also gave the brakes, disc's and abs disc a good clean to remove the build up of crud around that area.

Well travelling home from work the glue had come loose on the heated grips so when I went to accelerate nothing, the grip just went round   Managed to nurse the bike home squeezing the grips so hard.

Got home and covered it in a lot more glue, now setting over night. Also fitted a 9.99 alarm. So much louder than on my previous bikes :D :D

Took my Silverwing for it's first shakedown ride to Dover via some back roads. Came home very impressed with it, handles well, brakes good and it is quick when needed.
Should have brought one years ago :D

Started looking at cars with a view to buying one so the big Burg can change from daily transport to toy. Unfortunately it means I might actually have to do that cleaning and washing thing more regularly than once every couple of years
