Stephen c my 2011 Honda sh300i averages 85 miles per gallon - the 16 inch wheels give an excellent surefooted ride on the UK’s abysmal road surfaces

Sorry...
But with My Xmax 400 (rear 14) and SH125 (16), the wheel size and tyre width/profile, make a real difference to how the scoot feels on the road...

You have got to go sit on 'em both and make 'Brum Brum' noises at least...Pablos wrote:Thanks guys for all the input. Keep it coming! Still undecided but it will defo be between sh300 and xmax 300
Take ya lid and see if it fits under the seat...
An old Arai fits under the XMax..
My Flip Lids and anything with large external vents / spoiler bits etc don't...

Sat on both and very different machines. Didn't have a chance to test ride either as they are not available for test ride! The joys of small population country!

Ok, so are there any second hand Sh300 around for sale you can have a go on? (Xmax 300 less likely, I'd have thought).Pablos wrote:Sat on both and very different machines. Didn't have a chance to test ride either as they are not available for test ride! The joys of small population country!
