Re: Center Stand Sensor
Sorry, misread that, I've had a couple of B's no problems with the 650 or 400 I've owned, it's a bit of a surprise to see things like primer paint when you first undress it, other than that are good scoots, and give many years of good service.

Lyn,
It's so bad. I've put a coat on the dog when he goes out.
Weather's much better now. I've managed to get down the hill I live on in the Berlingo van, first time since Monday.
There are far too many lorries and cars in the SE corner of England, so shite happens as you can see from the news. They should issue a curfew notice to drivers and refuse to assist anyone braking it. BTW hope you are feeling well.

The snow is pretty much all gone down here and it's a sweltering 10degC.
I've just got back from a cycle ride and I'm sweating.

As I advised you Steve, the C.S.S. can be left in place but made inoperative by disconnecting it at it's plug, which is located under the tunnel/hump at the rear and high up.( It may help someone out)

Re: Center Stand Sensor
Perhaps the new switch would benefit from a good coat of protection ? I'm thinking of something sticky like Waxoyl which may be more effective than the usual WD40 or ACF50 .
