It`s that time of year again. Scooter insurance renewal!! So I go onto the comparison sites, choose a provider (after having to tell them everything about me and the scoot except what we have for breakfast- cereals with yogurt by the way), then find that they want me to provide a copy of both sides of my drivers licence and a copy of my drivers licence summary from the DVLA! I`m sure it never used to be this complicated??
