2019 Vespa 300

I had to have some small Polini 'tweaks' to my Vespa 300 GTV in response to the new HPE engine. Sticking with my Sei Giorni GTV..TBH it goes as fast as I'd want to on small wheels.

My impression is that Honda make scooters that Italians ride.

Piaggio make scooters that everyone else thinks the Italians should ride.

You are far more likely to get impaled by a dark grey SH300 than a brightly coloured GTS on the streets of Turin and Rome.

Or a Honda sh125i

A silver or black one.

On a red one now have had 2 silver and 1 dark grey/silver ..? so next time a Honda 125 mode in PINK.

I understand that the Sh300 outsells Vespas in Italy, but it appears that Piaggio haven't heard about it.
