Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Motorcycle Run. Sunday Sept 18th 2022

Hi all, as there's been no discussion on this topic to date..
I was wondering if any of you are intending to take part in the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance sponsored motorcycle run on Sunday the 18th of September 2022?

The 66 mile run is from North Weald Airfield initially taking the A414 to Chelmsford then A12 and A120 to Harwich Green where there will be entertainment, food and drinks.

I will be riding to the airfield that morning starting out from Chelmsford - if anyone else would like to join me... and returning after the event.
It would be good to finally meet other Muppets having twice failed at the Wednesday Great Bentley meets.

I have just been informed that this event has been cancelled due to circumstances out of their control following the sad passing of QE2.

I'm thinking of doing the run myself this coming weekend - to retain my sponsorship.. if anyone is interested.
