The cover just pops off to reveal the screw hole (m6). The 22mm bar and spacer took about 45 minutes to knock up using hand tools and a pillar drill. Getting the cable to the USB inside the glovebox is easy.

For things that do "just pop off" its a good idea to use an old store card or credit card to apply some gentle leverage under the lip or edge.Greyerbeard wrote: ↑Sun Apr 07, 2024 8:35 am "The cover just pops off"...
How, exactly? I hate forcing things, and haven't been able to get mine to Pop Off yet!
Centrally front and back there are tags on the cover that plug into square holes on the bars. I worked on the back one first then the one nearest the clocks. Pull vertically with maybe a little pressure in towards the bar. Once one is off the other is easier.Greyerbeard wrote: ↑Sun Apr 07, 2024 8:35 am "The cover just pops off"...

Pulls well (after 4 1/2 years with a Skoda Citigo anything pulls well!). Silky smooth and handles nicely. Hoping for some nice weather in the next few days as I am itching for another ride.
I considered a Burgman 400 as I have had two before, but when I found out about the Forza 350 I thought 'Hmmm... same power but smaller and lighter (you must admit the Burgman is a big heavy beast) with what appears to be the same storage.' I was concerned about the seat height of 780mm (I am 5 ft 6 and 29 inside leg) but after trying one for size I went for it.
