Can't help you technically, but it should be possible to ride along with both your hands off the bars, and the scoot should keep a pretty well straight course. Scoots and bikes are more stable than you might think! Try it on a quiet flat road without any camber of course! It sounds like the handlebars are positioned off centre, that's all. It's easy to fix. There is a clamp buried under all the plastic that grips the fork top tube. Slacken very slightly so you can rotate the bars to where they should be. Get someone to hold the front wheel between their legs as you do this to make it easier. This sort of thing can happen if the bike is kerbed heavily. It might also be the forks are slightly twisted. But try the handlebar centering first. It's probably all it needs. Depending how off centre they are it will also account for the aching shoulder. Good luck!

It's not normal X-max behaviour and I have never heard of others with that problem,
as said above see if the forks have got twisted, it could be steering head bearings but that's
unlikely with such a low mileage, put it on the main stand and try to see if the wheels
line up, other than that have a look for any sign of crash damage.
If you look under the seat the tub is held in by 5 10mm bolts, two top rear near the catch
two about half way down in the bottom and one high up at the front, you can then lift out
the tub but there are 2 wires for the curtesy light that you have to un plug on the left after
raising it a inch or two.
You can then look down at the rear frame and engine unit and may be able to spot anything
out of line.

1) The handlebars are twisted out of line but when in motion the scooter runs straight on a flat road surface without any pressure being needed on the bars. This is easily fixed by re-aligning the bars after loosening the clamp on the steering stem. This clamp is usually not very tight or has some inherent limit in order to avoid theft by wrenching the bars and breaking the steering lock. A knock against a kerb can move it.
2) When riding straight the scooter wants to turn unless constant force is applied to the bars or body weight is applied to lean against the direction of drift. This is more serious and may indicate wheel misalignment or some physical interference from cables, brake pipes, or very bad steering head bearings. Lifting the front wheel off the ground and checking for free movement should eliminate some possibilities.
It sounds like other workshops have checked basics such as loose axle clamping but it could be worth slightly slackening front fork clamps and front axle and bouncing the forks vigorously before retightening just to make sure they are not tightened with fork legs skewed.

unfortunately, I've got the 2nd issue. It is hard to find a good mechanic here in Bali. OK so not misalignment of the handlebars. Something else I didn't mention because it is unusual is bad tyres with uneven wear. Look for any signs of tread variation across the tyre width and try changes in tyre pressure to see if that has any effect. Make sure the tyres are inflated to the correct pressure then vary them by up to 4 pounds per square inch for testing only. Also make sure a good gauge is used and the units of measurement are properly understood. Unfortunately neither of those things can be guaranteed especially as so many different pressure units can be encountered.

so after visiting numerous services and mechanics I finished in hydraulic press repair. They told that fork legs are not symmetric. After 3 attempts bike became more balanced but not ideal.
Unfortunately after a week or two of riding the balance became same as before.
I didn't have a chance to try another xmax but plan to do it.
Though I rented an ADV 350 and it had same problem as my xmax. Not so critical but still.
