How much Nitrous can my Yamaha Tmax 560 hold

i have two questions
first is how much nitrous can stock a stock motor hold.
second one is how much can a modified motor hold with the following parts (Cams, valve springs, pistons, bigger throttle bodies and ported head).

both are running on stock (flashed) ECU and can be tuned, How much nitrous can it hold before becoming too dangerous and what is a safe amount of nitrous for them.
