That’s a shame Andy. I haven’t had that problem fortunately I also use mine on my cycle. It has 2 modes so cycle mode points you to track and lanes etc off-road routes. As Andy, if I’m going a distance I’ll wear cycling shorts with gel arse. Works well without compromising seat height
