Hello Everyone,
I recently had my 2021 350 Forza pass its MOT. The tester told me there was a recall on the bike, first I have heard of this.
I called Honda UK and it is now booked in, all they said that it was a pulley to be replaced. I know there's a pulley on the fuel injector body so it could be that. It is going in tomorrow, so I'll report back.
Thanks Andy, it was as you say. I was confused as Honda had said it was because bikes were cutting out and not idling correctly, hence my remarks about the fuel injector etc.
Thanks for the reply

It's the driven pulley in the CVT. 2021 and 2022 models.

The ADV350 has a shuddering issue. The bell and the clutch shoes get dusty and glazed quickly.
I had some juddering on my 350 2021 Forza but only after 15,000 miles, the rollers and ramp plate were replaced and the transmission was smooth again.
All the best
I have had that too. A letter from Honda. My first thought was why has it taken them 3 years to realise? I am thinking about whether to take mine in to have the fault rectified or not. I haven't had any problems with juddering or stalling. It's been fine.
I asked my dealer a few weeks ago and he said yes my bike is affected by the recall but there’s a shortage of parts, so he’ll call me when they get them ……….
I'll have had my 2018 Honda Forza 300 for 7 years from new next month and I've never had any letter from Honda about any type of recall. Considering it's basically the same maxi scooter as the later Forza 350. Not that I'm concerned, I'm happy with the 300 and have never considered changing it for the 350, or heaven forbid the ADV 350 which doesn’t interest me at all.
I'm up for changing my 300 but all my local dealers have been a disappointment. I've given up going to my local Yamaha dealers hoping they'll have a 2025 Yamaha X Max 300 + in and being fobbed off with excuses, another month or so and the 2026 Yamahas will be announced. Another dealership was supposed to have a Piaggio MP3 301 Sport demonstrator about 3 months ago and I'm still waiting. Yet another dealer has loads of obscure Chinese brands instead of the SYM and Peugeot it used to sell.
That’s part of the reason I've had my Forza for almost 7 years and keeping it longer isn't a problem as I've no complaints about the Forza at all, I sorted out the crap mirrors problem years ago and it's light and economical.

If you're happy with it then keep it. That's what I intend to do with my Forza. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
