Tmax heated Grips have disappeared

I seem to have lost my heated Grips from the Menu , Bike Shop reckons it's one of the Connectors needs cleaning.
I've taken off the front Panel and can see the two leads comming down from the Handlebars but then they disappear
into the depths.
Does anyone know where they go before i take more Panels off

Not got a clue, but there are some service manuals on this Facebook group's site: Yamaha Tmax Owners Group UK (500, 530 & 560cc)

I don't see one for the 530 only the 500 and 560, but can't believe that Yamaha will have changed much for the heated grips.

I have the Service Manual for the 530 but it only shows the Wiring Diagram : (

I had heated grips reto fitted to a 2017 T Max basic . They lasted less than a year then fell off the menu . They lasted bike had to be massively disassembled to fit them . My new T Max has them as a factory fittment and they have been fine if not very warm . Try some Oxford grips instead easy to fit and warmer
