I think Bornagainbiker has it right. I bought my Bike for pleasure rather than commuting. Its interesting to compare the attitude of my Advanced Motorcyclist group. They mainly ride for pleasure and every Saturday rain or shine they are off for at least 100 miles. Mostly on big bugger off BMW's mind you!
I hope that we can get more meets etc. sorted in the North for the Spring Summer, last year was pretty poor really. It was just a thought that maybe someone had put up a notice in a dealers or something.

We have some fantastic biking roads here in Dorset, Hampshire and Sussex.... you dont have to go far to lose the traffic down here

It'd certainly be worth advertising again in TNG.

It doesn't cost anything. Just some time to write a paragraph and email it off to TNG.

Mind you we should do a stand at the Copdock bike show or something similar.

New Members mean fresh ideas and enthusiasm, just what any club needs. I am going to try a couple of things locally see if any thing works. Should be doing this now because anyone thinking of getting Scoot for the Spring will be looking about at this time.

Hello Gerard C
I'm currently in the process of selling my Nevada Cruiser, and returning back to a maxi-scooter, probably a X9. Once i collected my Piaggio X9 I'm more then welcome to have a ride with you to squires or sun inn or dunnies, if you know any of them popular biker places?
