Re: Twist & Go July\Aug Issue
There is no legal requirement for abs in Israel, but there is going to be just round the corner here in 'Urop' with the new 'got to have abs law'. You will see all bikes get it later this year in readiness, that is if they are over 125cc (I think it is). Expect a pretty big price hike on some models.
Probably not ugly enough for the 'Ugly Bunch'!

There shouldn't be too big a price hike, if the Honda S-Wing and CBR250R pricing is anything to go by.
£150 for ABS?
Bargain.

And the X10 with ABS/ASR is only £4999, the last price of an Xevo 400 wasnt far off that. Obviously the non ABS Burger will be dropped which leaves it as very expensive 400 contender, what is it now with ABS?

Yes, the non abs Burgman 400 is no longer made for this country. Although it's still in the Suzy website for the time being as they use up non abs models and sell them at pretty good prices. I think the 'Limited' edition 400z abs is quite expensive (now nearly £6400 Barry) compard to other brands such as the Sym Maxsym 400 which will also have abs and traction control too this year in this country. But it compares well with the Yamaha Majesty still, and I don't regard the Piaggio X10 as being directly comparable for lots of reasons. All Jap bikes are expensive full stop though due to Japanese manufacturing costs and the exchange rate, especially since the Sunami. Scooters and bikes from Japan have increased in price massively in the last 12 months.
Probably not ugly enough for the 'Ugly Bunch'!
