it works as it is - why fix it? just my thoughtsmightbesane wrote:On another of Ginger's forums, instead of opening new threads for every chat topic, or to prevent a topic from going to a gazillion pages - What Have You Done to Your Scooter Today - we started a month-by month thread. The first of the next month, a new thread starts and the old one disappears into history. Works well over there. Waddaya think? I'll start.
45th high school reunion coming up this weekend. I'll bet the farm that I'll be the only one showing up on a scoot.

No it won't do Mike!
Get well soon, and belated birthday wishes!
Thank you.
Just having to wait until I get better (and the pain goes); there's not much treatment as such. It's a case of getting the dosage of rat-poison right.
I was on 3mg per day after the last episode and as everything was stable it was decided I need take it no longer.........so 6 weeks later, here I am again, not quite in the same bed in the same room but very nearly (got a slightly better view of the helipad as I'm 3 doors further along
)
Google 'pulmonary embolism' for the technical stuff.
Not looking for sympathy, just grateful the hospital has WiFi in the rooms and I can keep in touch - time passes so slowly and weighs heavily.

Re: June Thread
I guess if you can stay in touch with the Muppets, that's all you can ask. Be well. Get back up and riding ASAP.
Anybody attend the Isle of Wight festival? I heard from a friend from your side of the Pond that the mud was knee deep. So bad that she left early on Sunday, which was a good thing since her car had to be towed out of the mud. Sounded like Woodstock Lite.
