Here's a video of my 2008 264cc Citycom with just over 5000 miles that accelerates to 40mph in under 5 seconds with 18g standard rollers...


11 seconds to get to 60MPH, but then it takes the same amount of time to get from 60-70 as it does to get from 0-40!

30-80 mph - that's where the Tmax 'wakes up' I'm guessing - I'm waiting for one to turn up at the local dealers...

That's why my burgman used to win more traffic light races... And you lot call the tmax sporty! You should be ashamed of yourself :P

Traffic lights, to 30mph..whats that gonna take 2 seconds ? you cant judge how fast a bike is over 2 seconds, call him back tell him to keep it open till 70mph, thats a proper race ;)
If its a 30 limit, just tell everyone not to look, it will be ok .
