Luckily, I've never had a problem with any Suzuki dealer or any other franchise come to think of it. I only ever buy new bikes though. A local dealer recently told me they were not keen on selling big scooters and he is a Sym dealer. His bread and butter is selling big Kawasaki's.

So to sum up.
It seems that in the UK the very low sales of maxi scooters are not because of lack of demand, but because of the morons (almost wrote muppets...) that don't want to sell them.
Very, very sad.

This is the British way....I remember a time when my brother was really keen to buy a Renault car, and the hassles he had just trying to cajole idiot motor dealers into actually selling him something. Then they say they aren't selling anything...

Im lucky in inverness my local dealer has all the keys in the bikes and as ive got to know him over the years he just says help yourself , you would think that during this tough trading climate most dealers would be bending over backwards to get you on a bike, no wonder so many are going under.

i had a similer problem with hughies place when i bought the majesty
i wanted black and all they were intrested in selling me was the burgundy one they had in stock
i took it as it was better then no majesty at all in the end and they wouldnt budge on price or give anything extra
would never buy another yamaha new again even if i coud afford it
