I'm not overly keen on those in the wet. I have them on my baby Burger, and they don't give me much confidence. It probably doesn't help that I have to negotiate a lot of tight slippery diesel stained roundabouts on the way to work. Or it may be an issue with the way the Burger delivers its power, as I have to be very careful with the throttle or the rear end steps out.

That's a problem that we don't have in the States. Very few cars are diesel powered. VERY few. So a wet road is just wet and not oily.

there are a few islands by me where theres diesel all around it. You can see the stuff piss out of lorries when they go around it in the morning after a fill up! I take it very careful around every island now!

Which reminds me of this video where the rider of an SH300 cooly holds it together on a wet roundabout, much respect.I know the roundabout well and it has regular HGV traffic.
