I jest, of course, but couldn't resist it.

This is my first maxi scooter. I tried to find a good used silverwing but here in the states maxis are not popular. So there were none to be had at a good price. So i found this guy who had a piagio 500 (2 wheels in the front) a honda reflex and a 09 tmax. He let me have the tmax for $4075 us. I dont know what the currency conversion to pounds would be, but i got the bike for a grand less than what private resale would be. He was selling all his scooters to get the new bmw since we are finally getting it stateside.

Welcome hyperformance, sounds like you are fixed up with a nice scoot. Ride and post often. We have lots of experience on here about anything relating to maxi scooters. I know about motorcycles and cars, but I'm still learning about the Burgman 400 which I now own. These guys are really helpful.
