Got my eye on a 200 Burgman and had a sit on one for the first time today :o wow its like sitting on a horse  and even wider for the passenger , I found myself walking like John Wayne when I got off. may need a re think on my choice :? or do you get used to it after a while?

Remember that when you ride it your feet are on the boards, so straight out in front, it may seem broad but isn't that different to most other maxi-scoots.

Well I have gone and done the deal on a Gilera Nexus 300 :D the Burgman 200 was just too wide for me and er indoors and the x max seems to be a bit over priced for what it is. Time will tell if i have chosen well. Image

Well after a year of scooter/ Nexus ownership It has gone to a new deserving home, no matter how much I tried I just could not adjust or enjoy this type of two wheeled transport,I even felt a bit embarrassed riding around with all my bike gear on  so its back to a geared bike for me again sometime in the new year hopefully on another Moto Guzzi :D I will miss the excellent fuel economy, cheap tax and insurance but not the small wheels and the very boring to me twist and no go and yes I have ridden geared scooters before but I hated them.
I have enjoyed reading the many forum posts but for now its over and out from me .
Safe riding,
Dilly.
