I've only ever bought two new vehicles, an RD350LC and a PCX.
Both were in stock, waiting time three days.

Well I've spoken to Richard, the salesman afew mins ago and he says they've had a confirmation email from Honda re the delivery of my bike on Monday.... icon_excite.gif icon_excite.gif icon_excite.gif

So why did Honda customer services tell me that there were none available until end of September? :?

Indeed, just goes to show there are people with more money than sense happy to pay over the odds for a trip down memory lane or to buy the bike they couldn't afford way back then.

It's not just Honda. I had the same problem with my Kymco.
The delivery date was set by the importers and that did happen, but the dealer underestimated the amount of work involved in putting it on the road, so it was a week later by the time I got it.

Well as long as I know it's arriving I'm very happy with that. I am having an electrical power socket, Optimate battery lead and Oxford heated grips fitted..so I don't mind waiting a day or so.
The Honda heated grip are really expensive though extremely neat.
