Most posts are in German (see International Visitors), but you'll probably soon get an English answer.

ÃŽâ„¢ have mine for about 30000 klm and still are ok, I have them from eBay, you can buy them directly from the factory in Taiwan too if you don't want to give your money to the Germans.
Next up for me is a Hit clutch.

I only recently fitted Dr. Pulleys in my Burger but I ran them for two years in my Chinese 150 without any noticeable wear. On the Burger, I went like for like because of the amount of highway (motorway) driving that I do. Acceleration wasn't the issue; top-end fuel economy is. So far, I see improvement, getting up to speed on fewer revs, but with the snow and ice I'm not riding as much. We'll see when the weather breaks.

Can I ask did you fit the standard weight?

Just ordered some Dr Pulley Rollers, and the sliding pieces for the XMax 250... from ze German site... Quick response from a Q by Dirk Diestel, and after some digging on the Interweb, I think the Std weights are 12g so ordered 11g - as recomended... (Some listings have 14g for 05-10... others list 14g for 05-07 and 12g for 08-10... Maybe they are 12g since the engine went Fuel Injection?) 49.3 Euro... might get my pants pulled down a bit by paying with paypal instead of with a card... dunno....

Now got to try and get a drive belt... OE yamaha are about the £100 mark, and i understand they are made by Misoboshi, which are only 40 - 45 euros... 'bought £35 - £40 plus abot £8 - £10 shipping - just got to fathom out Italian sites and see who ships to the UK... any one used / recomend an Italian scooter shop with good results?

Sorry that I missed your question. I weighed the rollers that I took out and they seemed to have weighed 18g when new. So that's the weight of Dr. Pulleys I bought. A lot of folks go with 16g to improve acceleration but I get off the line fast enough. I'm not looking for hole shots.

These others have loads of stuff for the x-max including the Mitsuboshi belt you mentioned. They advertise on UK ebay but never used them though.
